 First Time LED Grow

Hey guys-
this is my first grow journal, so I hope you all enjoy reading as much as I enjoy posting.
I am doing an all LED grow. first time growing in about 8 years. Last time I grew with moderate success with a 400w HPS.
As of today, I have two seeds in organic soil with 2 15w LED panels over them. I also have more seeds germinating but I was a little antsy so I decided to put two in the soil to see the results without out soil germination.
I have purchased 4 of these 15W LED panels, and am considering using a couple LED (or possibly CFL) bulbs for a bit of added light. That wont come until I transfer pots to the mylar grow tent I bought (36"wide36"deep62"tall).
Im wondering if these 2 15W LED panels are enough to pop these seeds out of the dirt. But I am willing to give it a go.

How many watts are you going to use to veg and how many to flower?

the 2 panels will work fine to pop them outta the soil. But that won't do well at all for flowering. How much were those panels you bought. If you were gonna go led you should have at least bought a 90W Ufo. Also are the led's full spectrum or just blue? It looks really blue in the pics.

Thanks for replying guys.
I have 4 of those, which would equal 60w. and the most I can fit in the tent for flowering and veg is 6. (planning on buying 1 or 2 more) I was considering using a few 40w cfls as they can fit in with the 5 or 6 led panels. I got them off ebay for 20 each. and I went this direction vs ufo because I thought it would spread the light out more than one 90w ufo in my mylar tent. being that I used a 400w hps last time i did a grow, this led stuff is all too new for me.
As for the spectrum, they are blue/red. it was taken from my camera phone, and I moved 1 panel away to take the pic. looks awfully blue, I agree, but they are red/blue for sure.
Any advise on what you all think is my best route would be much appreciated. I still have some time to modify my plan.

Don't have it anymore. moved and sold it before the move.
Trying LED bc I need to be energy efficient...

UPDATE- Still no progress in my struggling old seeds I was trying to germinate.
I have since turned the lights off and and patiently waiting for my attitude shipment.
will update once I start that germination process.
