I got my order in today!  :woot:

just one more ballast and hood to show up and Ill get it all put up this week and getz to growing some plants :dancer:

so my set up will now consist of:

a 1000w HPS 6" sealed air cooled hood for the flowering tent

a 1000w MH 19" x 15" gull wing reflector for the veg area

2x 1000w switchable MH/HPS ballasts

a 76" x 76" x 76" grow tent with 6" carbon filtration

its an open room/area with a window A/C unit



my grow box/tent will be on the opposite side of the room from the window about where Im standing to take this pic, thers no heat duct in the room so its cold already.  Im going to dry run the whole deal for a couple days to monitor temps and see what adjustments need to be made. :super:

so Im thinking about an all foxfarm soil and nutrient grow, I wana try each FF soil they have to see whats best for my situation/setup. 

they have 3 types, 1 with guano and earthworm castings (happy frog), 1 with ph balance 6.3-6.8 (light warrior), and 1 with fish, crab and shrimp meal and earthworm casting and guano. (ocean forest).

Im germing them and putting them in rockwool or jiffy mix seed starer then once they are past seedling they go in a 5 gal bucket for the rest of their lives fyi :stoned:
Im going to try 2 plants in each soil plus I have a bag of generic soil and a bag of MG garden soil Im going to test out also. :thumbup:

(actual question)
but Im having trouble understanding the nutes..  I know I need a micronute, a veg nute and a flowering nute, so I (havent bought yet) picked grow big, tiger bloom and I dont know which micro nute to pick and what are beastie bloomz, cha ching and open sesame used for? :confused2:

are they supplements, micronutes or replacements for the tiger bloom nutes? :shrug:

or whats your preferred 3 bottles? :bonghit2:

Okay, well Light Warrior is made for seedlings and cuttings.  Almost no nutrients in it.  No need to bother with this stuff on a full grow unless you're just wanting to try out a soil-less thing.  The other 2 are meant to be used in full grows.


The nutrient you're missing is Big Bloom, which is a little misleading, but that's you're micronute. 


Beastie, cha ching, etc. are flowering enhancers.
