i usually will smoke bongs, or pipes in my room. But i hate the smokey after smell that is left after a couple of hours.
papers i always smoke outside.

My house always smells like dank, I rather enjoy coming home from beign gone for 2-3 hours and coming back to light fruity, pine smell

I smoke a lot inside, usually in the bathrooms with the fan going on, so the smell last like 15 minutes tops,
Also when I am alone, I smoke joints infront of the oven, with the oven fan going on, doesnt smells at all!
In my bedroom, I smoke bongs and vape while lighting up some incense.
And at school, I smoke in the bathroom with a bounce!

Never smoked inside at my place, only smoked inside at a friend's place (I tried all of his 15 new pieces he'd acquired over the year I didn't see him for, he made me try all of them  )

I smoke inside because I live in the slums. My neighbors do too because I can hear 'em coughin. I prefer to smoke in the woods or on the levee though.

I smoke inside during the winter, and outside as much as possible during the other months. I used to smoke outside all winter too...I dunno if I've just gotten older, or what the reason is, but I can't take the cold like I used to 
My friend has a smoke room at his house, its real small...maybe 6x6 at most. Nobody smoked in there for...3+ weeks (Christmas break) and we went to his house to party, and the room STILL smelled like burnt weed. Surprising how much it sticks.

Just barely enough crime to call it the hood, definitely not the burbs. Low-income families, illegal immigrants, fugitives, armed service veterans, section 8 housing, month-to-month lease, rent paid in cash... you get the idea. It gets a lot worse just down the street.
Consequently, it's not very safe to smoke on your own porch.
I wish my friends had a smoke room... or even smoked lol.

I use a bong and surgical tubing out of a window lol or I vape and dont care at all

I'm the landlord so I just smoke inside whenever I want. No cigarettes though. That smell don't go away.

I usually smoke inside. In summer though if its a clear night i like to go outside and look at the stars while i smoke if it isnt too windy

Man, I smoke so many joints in front of my computer here, it's my main entertainment box (her name's Sony, and she's MY sex box!) and joints and entertainments are like milks and cereals. I also smoke bongs and bowls but probably more joints, they're just easier to smoke a larger amount with.
I never noticed a lingering weed smell from bowls/bongs or pipes (could be caused by my 24/7 exposure to fresh weed plants for the past couple years, or just years of daily smoking). Blunts, however, will leave their stinky tobacco gas everywhere.

I have a smoke room that all the bongs live in, it has a TV, PS3, a couch, heaps of snacks, DVD's, games and a BIG fucking fishtank in it with one huge angry fish named Manfred that lives in there.
So at least the smoke and smell is contained to one room, I light insence and have the window open with a fan going as much as possible, though sometimes its just too hot in there with all the heated water and electronics so I go smoke in the lounge room with the aircon

its not an picture of him but that is the same species and he looks just like that, only a but smaller, he is a Parachromis Managuensis, a fresh water monster from Panama!
