Man that thing is wilting...
It looks like youre overwatering w/ cold water. Do you use tap water?
I had a plant turn purpleish from cold, but it looked compleatly different; It started and concentrated on the edges of leafs, plus it was mostly the tops.

I have these color on different strains in the same positions
the temp is between 60 to 70F and I didn't overwater maybe once in 3 days but yes I used cold tap water
so is it risky for plant or it's nothing serious?

Looks sirious...
Once every 3 days might still be overwatering depending on how quickly your soil dries.
Water temps should be 60-70F, while cold tap water can get as low as 40

now they are all became yellow and they grow so less comparing to the seeds I grew 3 weeks after them (the upper pots in pic)

I changed to pots of some of them, they were not rootbanded and they still at the same size

Are they useless? what should I do?

Man you need to feed those things. Looks like they're starving to death. They need some serious Nitrogen. They don't look too bad now but 19 day ago some of them girls were yellow.

Also why are the leaves wet? That doesn't look quite right. Is it raining in there?

Where is the soil? Looks like they're growing in straight perlite. That could be a problem.

but yes I used cold tap water

Tap water is OK, not the best depending on fluoride and chlorine concentration.. but it wont hurt necessarily. BUT pouring cold water on your plants can. The cold can shock the roots. Always use room temperature or Luke warm water.

http://www.container-gardening-guide.com/how-to-water-container-gardens.html

Quote:

When you water container gardens, the water should always be tepid and at room temperature. Cold water will shock the plant roots and slow the growth of your plants. Never use a direct stream of water from a hose. A powerful stream could wash potting soil right out of your pot. Use a "water-breaker" or sprinkler nozzle or a watering can to gently water your container plants.

When the roots go into shock they cannot properly uptake nutrients.

Quote:

What Type of Water Should I Use?

Everyone will agree, the best type of water to use for watering your container gardens is rain water. Many people use decorative containers to collect rain water for their plants. If this is not an option for you, a Brita filter will provide good water for this use.

You're probable asking, "Why can't I use tap water?". You can use tap water if the plants you are growing will only last through one season. If you are growing plants such as trees and shrubs, or herbs you plan to have for a long period of time, tap water is not the best for them. Plants are very sensitive to water quality so if your tap water is chemically treated, chances are, over time, your plants will be hurt by a slow toxic effect.
