Upgrade. 3000watt perpetual grow. Soil

Ok so I finally got my budget togeather and decided to upgrade. I wanted to invest into a 1000 watter+fans+foxfarm nutes, but got a CRAZY deal from a friend's friend who had to stop his op for w.e reason. I bought 4 1000 watt hps systems (digital greenhouse ballasts, 8 in. cool tubes) that I will use for flowering and a 600watt mh+reflector+8in tallboy inline fan+ 4x4 tent thats already being used for vegging. I also got a bunch of cloning trays w/ square holes (for rockwool?) And lots of the round rapid rooter plugs. Also I got a hanna ph pen and a bottle of cloning Solution. The solution says 1tsp per qt of water, so does that mean that it can only be used in a hydro/aero setup? Besides that, he gave me 50ish galon pots, 6cu ft of ffof soil, 9 sour n sage seedlings (sick as hell) and some other stuff I can't remember now. All he asked for in exchange was..wait for it.....a $1000 and 2 1/2 oz's of cubes!
So now I got the 600$ I was gonna use for an upgrade to spend on nutes+additives. Deffinetly set on ff's 3 part nutes+3 part additives, but there are so many choices of what to add besides that. Anyone have recomendations?
The plants I have vegging now are the 9 very sick feminized sagen sour girls, 3 bogglegum and 2 white russians at 2 weeks old, a haze plant at 3 weeks, 2 skunk and 2 blueberry x NL at 4 weeks. I also have a bagseed plant I lst'd for a month; she is more then 2 ft wide and 3 ft long w/ over 50 tops. I plan to use a comvertable hsp-mh bulb to vegg w/ a 1000watt hps ballast in the tent. I want to buy a mh-hps convertible 600watt bulb to start flowering because I dont have much to flower right now so theres no need for 1000watts.
This is really unexpected and im still kinda shocked. Pics will be up tommorow and this thread will be a growlog.

thanks! I forgot to mention a 8in carbon filter, 2 big bottles of gh ph up and down, a huge heat mat and a bunch of manicuring clippers:) My guess is he thought he can grow, realised he cant and decided to cut his loses...you'll understand when you see his 3 week old 1/2in. sage n sour seedlings:/ im not even 100% sure they'll make it. I transplanted one (the cup cracked during the move) and the roots were really yellow...and there were Barely any roots at all. Oh and they were in a diff soil....., lightning something? The foxfarm soil that says its for seedlings.
ill try my best to make this a good log

FF is a decent nute line.
If your going with there 3 part series I wold think about adding PHC biopack to your soil. This is a beneficial microbial and Mychorazae additive. Also Liquid Karma and Sweet from the Botanicare line would help a ton.

Battery was almost dead, so I couldnt take much pics.
The biggest girl is a bagseed that was lst'd (badly) for about 4 weeks now. The others are Blueberry x NL x2 Skunk #1 x1 White russian x2 Bogglegum x3 Haze x1 Sour n sage x8 (very sick, read below :b)
The 8 sage n sour feminized* 3 week old seedling I got w/ all these goodies were in lightning warrior soil (looks like its mostly coco coir). The smallest and biggest of the 8 are thr last 2 pictures. The larger one is 1 in. tall... The two pictures b4 that are of what the roots looked like. Idk if its visible, but some type of cobweb-like mold is everywhere, and the yellow spots look like actual mushrooms. Oh ya, there was 1 toothpick hole in each cup :/ The mold was so bad in some cases that I had to cut off most of thr roots, leaving only most of the taproot. Even that part of the roots was yellow though.. What are their chances of making it?

Update
Took a trip to the hydro store today. Got tiger bloom and big bloom. Now I got a 1000watter in the tent. Its in a cooltube being cooled by a 270cfm inline fan. The exhaust is an 8 in fan and the temps stay at 85-90
I tarped off a 3x4 area to use for vegging and moved the 600watt mh there. The temps are 70-75 >.<. Pics coming in a couple hours
