Should i remove the huge arse fan leaves where they have sprouted a second brance for bud sites? The 1st picture bottom half is where im talking. rest photos are to give ou and idea of the fan leaves on this little girl.

No, I think you should leave them on and see how a marijuana plant develops naturally. Then next time around you can decide if you want to experiment.
Removing fan leaves in general is a debatable subject. Some people drastically defoliate their plants, leaving only growth tips and small leaves, no fans. I haven't yet tried this method.
*if you want to experiment, do it, just be observant and only do it to one plant to observe the effect relative to a non altered plant. If you only have one plant... you need to take up more space!

My first few grows I fucked up the nutrients kinda and lost all my fan leafs around week 6. The plants still definitely grew, but not like the ones kept healthy and with all of their leafs left.
Anecdotal, yes.
I'd say the only reason I would ever remove leafs would be to increase light penetration. But if you're growing under the sun, thats a non issue until you have MONSTER plants.
