I guess its a ball of hash that was rolled in kief. Hence "kash".

Awesome lol. I have to be around family that I can't be high near today unfortunately. At least not hash + kief high 
I have some hash, but no kief too. I needa get myself a nice grinder after I catch up on my Christmas debt.

i always used kash to refer to the ashed out bowl i just smoked.

"cashed" yeah.
I just really liked that song and wondered if it was a common term or something the band made up. I mean it makes sense. Kief + hASH = KASH.
