Fuck I'm so fucking pissed. I don't get paid until NEXT Thursday so I miss out on the release party and shit, and to top it off, I have a long fucking weekend which could have been filled with me playing the game.

Hey man at least you're getting it. I don't even have a console to play it on at the moment (rrod). I've been waiting to fight dragons in a 3d environment within an elder scrolls game for a long time
Damn you job market!!!!!

Good luck to everyone getting the game as quic as possibl.
Im picking it up in...16-18hours
This shit is gonna be so epic, yay :>
What chars do everyone have in mind?
Im thinking of an Assassin-swordsman char, I loved the sneak attack video preview, looked trippy I just had a small idea of that itd be pretty hard to deal with a dragon as an assassin.. But we just gotta be ninja enough, hells yea.

Is a 16 year old guy having sex w/a 16 year old girl a pedophile?
If not, then how is a 30 year old considered a pedophile for doing the same thing?
I think y'all need to look up the definition for pedophile.

I usually play as a human/archer/thief I don't know how that will work out for fighting dragons but we'll see
I also really like the non human races this time around so I might end up mixing it up a little

I like it. It feels a lot more like New Vegas than it does Oblivion. I love that it's difficult. I have it on very easy and still take a good bit of time killing giants and mammoths. It's just annoying that I haven't found any guilds or anything yet. I've heard people speaking of the legion, but haven't found a way to join. I've also murdered a few people to get the dark brotherhood to contact me, but they haven't yet. I love it though, I can't wait to get my copy. I'm currently using my brother's until I get paid on Monday.

Just loaded my 'try-it-before-you-buy-it' copy of Skyrim....
It is indeed, pretty damn good... Classic elder scrolls.
Also, for anyone worried about running it, On Low settings it looks like Oblivion and will run on almost any machine less than 3 years old IMHO

I about shit myself when I realized I was traveling across skyrim with a werewolf (we got ambushed, I was stuck behind an iron gate, he killed them all before releasing me).
I ran into a pretty damn annoying glitch, doesn't let me complete the third stormcloak quest pretty much. Only keep 1 save because I like playing it "one decisions, no take backs" style of gameplay with TES. But now my level 17 Orc save is completely useless in my quest to destroy the tyrannical puppet state that is the empire.....
Time to restart my Orc Warrior I guess.

I hope this is true. I've been playing Oblivion the past couple days, getting me excited for this game.
