Cheapest place to buy a Co2 tank?

I want to run Co2 since it helps increase yields, but have no idea where to buy a tank. And I assume it's legal right?
Where/who has the best price? Online? In town?
I assume used is ok as long as the seals are good?
How much does a tank usually cost to fill?
How do I determine what size tank I need?

I dunno. But you posting this made me think of paintballs. I wonder if there would be a good way to rig up a paintball canister for CO2. I know you can also get cheap CO2 by mixing yeast and sugar in a bottle somewhere warm and(your garden) dark (painted bottle).
I cant imagine a tank being more than like a propaine tank or something. Maybe 50 bucks; I'd imagine cheaper on the refill.
-------------------- In order to grow good weed you need to be part carpenter, electrician, plumber, biologist, geneticist, chemist, and very willing to get dirty.
I've been working with power tools since I was 8, my dad is an electrical engineer who owned a 280 gal fish tank, and I studied biology with a specialty in genetics. Getting dirty comes naturally. I think my parents inadvertently trained me to be a weed grower.
See what you think on my first try.

I realize the meter/gauge is probably hundreds of dollars, but I can easily order a good one of those online for the best price.
I'd imagine getting the Co2 tank used in town might be cheapest/best if possible.

Depending on how big the town you live in is, you might try Craigslist. I find a LOT of used equipment on there for cheap...

I would try htg if you wanna buy one, but you could rent the biggest sized tank from a place like Airgas for about $12 per month

Try www.cylindermart.com. They get $108 for a new 20# tank.
