Grow room help

Ok so I have 4 80 watt flouresnts tube bulbs onto of a plastic tub with 30 seeds planted just today are these lights good for seedlings. And I also have 2 120 watt GE grow lightbulbs running on my bigger plants and a fan blowing on them any good tips for a a bushy plant I only have about 3 1/2 feet to grow in it's in my crawl space any help is fine with me
