Ya a couple beers sound good right now, some nice cold darks or micros, on tap. I know a bar with a dozen fresh micros on tap, its a bout an hour and a half drive from here in a small town that rolls the sidewalks up at night. Fortunately, Im not that thirsty.

Holy shit last night was insane.
I remember taking the two hits of LSD and about thirty minutes later starting to take some bong hit.
About fifteen minutes after that I began tripping, everything took on a beautiful glow, all of my vision underneathe this psychedelic blood cell like patteren.Listening to music and grooving around my rooom. I was clenching my teeth the whole time and my eyes felt zappy and fuzzy and it felt like a million psychedelic orgasms in a row. I was just in my room doing nothing this whole time, almost surfing the shores of ego death. I spent the first few hours in my room in a trance and smoking.
I remember the family leaving to go get food and bring me back something, I made a burrito with hot sauce when they were gone and then I remember my sister (who knew I was tripping) coming back. When she got back she gave me the food, I remember being very confused and asking questions. Almost total ego death.
Then I just remember coming to, feel weird, in my body eating this sandwhich and doritos and I didn't know what was going on at all. At first I thought I was in another universe, or on salvia, or in a dream or sleep paralysis or had amnesia or was 10,000 years in the future and everyone I knew was dead.
I made some phone calls asking who I was and what I was doing and where people were. 
I eventually got my head straight and figured out who I was and fell asleep while still pretty high but on the comedown. I woke up this morning feeling in a pretty positive attitude. I told everyone I had a horrible migraine and had taken two or three nighttime aspirins.

I thought, when on acid, you wouldnt know what "phone" or "doritos" were... i always got the impression from most that acid so completely swallowed you up, you were in total confusion as to what any ordinary thing was. Like a computer, how can you type while tripping? I just dont understand. I have a feeling, if I tripped, I would be oblivious to most normal concepts, because too much weed is enough to incapacitate me for awhile. Idk...maybe im wrong. What do I know? Ive never done acid.

Yeah, you're wrong.
Its not what movies make it out to be. There are very few accurate visual representations of what its really like.
I mean, maybe if you took way, way too much.
I know when I'm tripping I can't use a touch screen. iPod, phone, etc. I always feel like I'm going to crush/smash it, when in reality I'm barely touching it at all.
I could always use my computer just fine.

I was talking about real testimonies, not movies. But maybe the people I know took "way, way too much" or they were exaggerating.

The only psys I've ever done that completely blasted me into another realm where I couldn't function in the normal world around normal people were DMT and salvia.
Anything else I remained mostly in control and could straighten myself up at any point I wished. I always do lower end doses, but I still have some pretty badass trips. I tip my hat to those people who are able to do heroic doses, but its just not for me.
I mean, yeah, theres always a level of confusion and disorientation, but its not so overwhelming that you can't function

It depends entirely on the dose. Fractal only took 2 hits so working a PC or a mobile phone wouldn't have been too difficult. I think this is a pretty common dose to most people so this is what gives some people the illusion that LSD dosn't impair you that much. WRONG. I can tell you from experience that if you take enough of the stuff, you won't know left from right. The idea of using a PC or any technology won't even occur to you because you won't be able to comprehend it.
This is how I can always tell how serious of a dose someone is on. If they are able to hold any sort of conversation or use a computer, then they are on a 'recreational' dose, not a 'psychedelic' one. Me personally, I don't bother with the fun size doses anymore. 500mics is the bare minimum for a psychedelic experience imo.

on ~4 hits or less of good stuff i can function just fine in any social or public setting. i know what phones are, and doritos (although you wouldnt catch me eating them - fruit only), i know what cars are and driving isn't difficult either.
it's all experience, and dose. but being so far gone you dont know what a phone is, is kinda out there.

And ive always thought, and been told on here, drugs are purely objective. So what do you know about other's experiences? one hit could be pure obliteration for one, recreation for others. So...yeah.
