If it can be kept in veg it's not a autoflower.

If a plant that is a autoflower is from clone then it must be a joke it's gonna be so small. I truly do not believe this. I'm not saying your a lier by any means but your grower friend is. The plants would have to be cloned while in flowering since most autoflowers start flowering almost immediately. I've been under the lights since 1985 and have been growing longer then most the people on this site have been alive.

In order for a plant to be a autoflower it has to be a smoking strain crossed with a non-thc producing strain called a ruderallis. Most the clubs here in Cali want nothing to do with auto-flower buds.

This also isn't true. Genetics controls the finishing of the plant in most cases what you will get in this case is small airy buds that would be better off using in hash making.

These plants are not autos but they look a little like it.
I forced flowering as soon as the clones were rooted and ready to plant. Your friend may be doing something like this.
