Leaves are curling and yellowing on my seedlings. I think it may be heat stress based off of what I read but wanted to be sure. What can I do?

I moved the lights up because I thought maybe it was too close causing the plant to get too hot. Not sure how close they should be. The two leaves on the bigger plant that are curled and yelling kinda smell.

Thanks for your thoughts... I did just change the water 2 days ago when I added the food. I went ahead and changed the water again to just PH water.
