 Just got banned from the Shroomery... How do I get unbanned (DrGreenThumb865)

Sup dudes, it's DrGreenThumb865... I was trying to sign into the shroomery today when I got this message:

This comes up when I try to go to the forums or log in.
I'll admit I did make a puppet account and called it "feelstrippyman" and started posting in a thread just to mess around  , but this was months ago. I've put a lot of time into my DrGreenThumb865 account (before and after I made "feelstrippyman" which turned out to be a huge mistake) and met a lot of awesome people... I was just about to start my first grow log as well. Any help to get my account back would be greatly appreciated.
I just need to know the process required to get unbanned from the Shroomery.

I never posted a pic of pris dude, I just made the "feelstrippyman" puppet account (regrettably) and posted a few graemlins in a thread about "unbanning feelsgoodman" just to fuck around and make people think he was back. Seemed funny at the time but now I realize I screwed up.

Honestly man, I have no idea.... Just tried logging in this morning and got that message. 
It was a puppet account I made like 2 months ago and it was just a joke. I seen everyone else making puppet accounts like "feelsbannedman" and "feelsbadman" and posting in that thread so I was like... "I wonder if 'feelstrippyman' is taken  " and to my surprise it was available....
I wish it hadn't been. I miss the Shroomery!
