Okay dilemma, a good dilemma, but a dilemma nonetheless:
I have some MDMA crystal. Its powdered fairly coarsely. I have no scale. I want to dose tonight. How the fuck should I judge approximately 125 mg to dose?

If you already know the total weight split into equal piles until you have about what you want... it won't hurt worst that can happen is you'll roll harder than planned

idk how big your keys are but my typical key bump is probably 30 - 50 and thats with me scooping as much as possible, but i guess it depends on the baggie and the key

if not eat some more 
i personally find with molly (and similar RCs) 100mg or so gets me pretty much the full effect and any more than that just adds to the negative side effects
i know lots of people to eat way more than me though
i guess its just personal preference
I would assume the lower the dosage the less your going to fuck up your brain though

Fucking up your brain has more to do with repetitive use than a single dosage. In my experience, phenethylamines can have a strongly varying affinity between different people. 100mg can floor one person while another may need 100-150mg just to get base effects.

NI was right, a bump is generally prolly 30mg, with a fatty being 50mg.
two full finger dips is prolly in the 125 range

When it comes to my M1 (which is around the same dose) I put 1g on the scale, divide it up into 5 piles (~200mg) and put them in capsules. I tap down the capsules, note how full they are, and then just eyeball the rest of them full.
When you don't have a mg scale and you're working with this classification of chemicals, I think thats an OK way to do it. If you fuck up a little you'll still be fine.
