I know. I was amazed when I found out the clip is taken from a movie made in 1940. And then I was sad, because nothing has gotten better and the stuff is still as true as the day it was made.

It seems its a Jewish Barber who gets mistaken for Hitler himself...
Pretty powerful and serious way to end a comedy movie.
