 switching to flowering (hydro 600w)

about to go to 12/12 and switch out my MH for my HPS bulb. so here's the question: should i drain res, flush with ph adjusted water and switch to flower nutes. or is there another regimen that most growers follow?

If you see signs of salt built up then flush.
If not then change out res to week 1 flowering which if I remember right doesn't change until the last week flowering.
Keep an eye on your ppm's, don't go over 1300, I personly prefer starting the first week at around 800.

nevermind i got it. had a dumb moment there. yeah the last week of the feeding program is a sort of flush.

You should have a feeding chart that came with your rfs kit.
Just follow the directions on the chart.
Change res every 7 to 10 days.

yeah i have it, that just slipped my mind. i think for my next grow i'm gonna go with GH floranova series.
