So recently, while on a highway blunt, I get pulled over. I had time to air out most of the smoke but deeefinetly not all of it. I tossed the L and stuck the rest of the bag in my nuts (that little pocket in boxer briefs). I lit up a sigarete while he was walking towwards my car, but im sure he saw me do it. So it went like this:
-good evening offi(he didnt let me finish)
-licence, registration, insurance
I hand it to him, he goes back to his car. This is when I adjusted the rest of my weed, so it just looked like I have a long-shlong
Comes back in litterary like 10-15 minutes and says:
-im going to need you to step out of the car son.
-why, is there a problem officer?
-just step out of the car
-i will as soon as soon as you let me know why
"30 seconds of silence/ staring contest"
-i have reason to belive you are in possesion of an illegal substance.
I get out of the car, and he searches each seat. He didnt really open anything though, just looked around with a flash light. Then another car pulls up, this time a black Altima. 4 undercover d's get out, one comes up to me and starts asking questions like where are you from, where are you goin, why. I sail im from Blah going to thw city to meet up w/ some friends.
I put my hands in my pockets (force of habit) and they start bugging out like:
Woa woa woa, hands out of your pockets
While saying this, the d starts patting me down. He finds a pack of joints and visine. I say the joints are there because I smoke weed, but I dont have any on me. Then he points out (seemingly to the other pigs more then me) that im an honest guy, and tells me to be on my way.
Half hour later, the same altima pulls me over, but this time it was much easyer.
-thought you were going to the city?
-i changed my mind
-alright. Get out of the car, but open the trunk first.
-correct me if im wrong but I believe you need a warrant for my trunk, and probable cause to make me leave my car.
-ok, you want to wait here for a few hours while I get the warrant or do you want to make this easyer on yourself?
-if I let you search me again, can we make it quick?
-ill make it as quick as I want
-in that case im sorry, but unless im breaking the law somehow, I want to be on my way. Im in a hurry.
Another staring contest.
-its your lucky day, but ill be watching you
And that was it. I decided to never drive to the garden in that car for extra safety, but im pretty sure im in the clear. Oh, also the piglet that searched me REALLY forgot hes heterosexual....grabbed me right by the balls. I only had about half an eith in there, so I
recomend it as a stash spot for small amounts.
SO?? HOW DID I DO? Also could I ask WHAT is the probable cause? And why did the first cop not turn my car inside out when searching? He didnt even look in the glovebox.

This is worth a watch. Pretty much tells you to do what you said you did in this post. Gets into some good detail on police dogs and stashing shit in the car and so on. The guy who made them is ex-DEA.

And yes, I just realised that theres more smileys....thought everyone was posting shit they uploaded.

my highschool law enforcement teacher was a cop for 15 years or something like that, and has always been a huge pothead, he told me a lot about how the system works.

At my school cops only came in once a year to explain how marijuana destroys the body & mind. I always found it halarious that they couldn't get a scientist or doctor to do it.. At least the fucking biology teacher....but a cop....like wtf
