I have a real problem with addiction, i quit smoking cigarettes but now i'm smoking again, happens with everything, i can't control myself 1 after another after another

When I stopped smoking cigarettes, 9 months ago, I started smoking more joints, my weed smoking increased a bit, but I started smoking mostly joints, it is the most close to cigs... also, try chewing gum, but what you really need, are: 1) A reason to stop smoking, 2) Self-Control (I totally forgot the first word I wanted to say but eh this one works also)

Sean, you just gotta keep doin' thangs. I don't know what to say, because I'm
an addict too. Cigarettes will be the hardest thing to quit, if you haven't hit the
ten year mark, then stop now, because by then, it gets very very fucking hard to quit.
