Sometimes I stop and think about how disgusting it is to pass a piece or joint/ blunt around with a group of friends/acquaintances. Especially with everyone nig lipping it.
How do you know someone wasnt sucking dick right before the session?
YOU DON'T.
So I always try to remember to wipe and burn off any spit that's on the mouthpiece of a pipe or hit through my fingers if it's a joint/blunt.

I always look at that differently. Not sure why, now that i really think about it. I mean, i guess id rather have a little backwash in my mouth than to have someone else's saliva on my lips and in my mouth. with a pipe I usually wipe off the end of it when i get it. with a joint, if it's soaking wet I may just pass it, if im sufficiently high already.

I am weird about germs
I wipe off the pipes when I get it. Wipe it after I take a hit and before I pass it out of courtesy to my friends. I dont share drinks, dont share cigarettes (I will let them kill it after I finish smoking but wont let them take a hit while I am still puffing, and it pisses me off when people ask all the time). Hell I even hate laying down on someone else' couch
But I never get sick either

Well if I'm supplying the smoke I usually just give each person their own joint or bowl or whatever smoking device they are using. Has nothing to do with germs or anything it just lets each person smoke what they want at the pace they want to smoke it. In other words they don't have a person looking over their shoulder pressuring them to take a hit so they can get theirs.

It's just easier and makes the conversation better. Everybody can just kick back and talk or whatever without everybody following the bowl, joint or whatever with their eyes and not paying attention or caring about the conversation cause they are worried about their next hit.

I smoked some dope earlier but am pretty sober now. Been listening to my friend and his girlfriend fight all night, and for the past week. I am pretty stoked to be moving out tomorrow

I need to stop. I have been smoking just out of boredom really. I manage to quit every weekend but usually end up smoking some more by half-way through the week
they fight over all kinds of stupid bullshit. really starting to piss me off. he tried to get big with me earlier and i nearly snatched the life from him

There's nothing an agency can do for me that I cant do for myself.
Ive struggled with this problem for nearly a year now. It's definitely led me through some very rough spots.
The people of this site have actually helped me quite a bit. Without them I am sure I would be 10x worse than I am right now.
My goal right now is to make it 10 days without using, then I will go from there. Just sucks when you can financially afford it

The only person I have been hanging out with is the person ive been staying with. He doesnt use dope, he only smokes weed.
Dont really have a support system per say, but I have my family who knows ive been struggling with dope and want to see me clean
At least this time around I feel like I will be able to quit. We'll see. If next Sunday, I can say ive been 10 days clean, then I will be happy. If not, I fail.

That's the plan. The fucked up thing is, I am what they call a functional drug user. I tend to do very well in school and other things while using.
I do need to find a job though, that is priority #1 now that I have found a place to live
