Well if they came in looking like this you don't have a lot to go on here. Give em some nutes, let em grow and see what happens, if this progresses you have something to worry about. Until you know if it progressing you don't really know if it's a problem.

I think you should flush them for 3 days then slowly add nutes.
My guess is nute burn. Have you checked the pH on the run off?

I just spoke with the person they came from. He told me they were root bound in the solo cups before he transplanted them.
