i've been wanting to try my hand at a little outdoor for a good long while but never had a spot. a friend just agreed to host a plant for me, so i'll document its progress here.
jack herer clone from one of my mothers. been vegging it out under 1000w metal halid in a gallon pot of coco, handwatering with h3ad formula (gh flora 6/9). just transplanted it to a 10 gallon smart pot filled with a mix of ocean forest, big chunky perlite, coco coir, and some ff peace of mind dry fert. put a layer of lava rock with the idea that it will keep the sun off the soil, and help avoid exposing roots when watering.
i'm in socal, so i'm hoping that it should finish before new years. we don't get frost here and from what i'm told everything is gravy as long as it gets outside before about sept 1. i'm thinking it should kick right into flower too, as its spent its entire life under 24/0 up to this point.
