ATM all i have access to is 1.5 to 2 cu. ft. of g potting soil, and this other new wally world brand that promises to feed up to 6 months. Even though i think the mg says they feed for 3 months, and the main neagative issue with these products being their harsh chemical fertilizers. I will be thinking about acquring a bag of their new brand. its also a few bucks cheaper. along with this bag i bought a small bag of perlite and a box of bone meal. now do you think if i mixed this soil with about 50% of a coco coir woodchip and olds old mnure compost thats been goin for about a year, along with some used ffof soil in there and a lil blood meal, along with the bag of perlite, that i will be able to reduce the chance of the ferts in the synthetic soil baf burning my plants r messing up their growth cycle by giving out nutes at wrong times? Will this synthetic soil kill and myco life i mway hyave going on in my tub of composted organic material and recycled orgnic soils? how much coco (cut) wold u use to feel safe with em?
