So today is day 52 of Flowering. I'm estimating a week to go. I plan to flush in 3-4 days and take it day by day after that. There are amber trics forming but not very many yet. I just though I would share this best part (the end) with everyone.
Enjoy

I have never smelled the origianl ak-47 so I can't compare. She did most of her vegging during my last grow, so the wait was not as long as you would think. I'm doing the same thing with my next grow.
These are 4 clones from the beautiful Lady pictured above 2 in each planter. I have been training them for 1 1/2 months or so.

I bought 5 Fem ak-48 seeds several months back. I grew out 4 of them on my last grow, and a few of them were very stinky (earthy smell, earthy light berry flavor). I chose to clone the above pheno because it seemed to be the strongest all around plant. It has proven to be far less smelly than my last grow, but still has a very earthy smell to it with hints of skunk. I can't wait to trim it and get hit in the face with the smell! This pheno also seems to have more sativa characteristics than my last grow. By this time last grow, 3 of my 4 plants had 10-15 % amber trichs. I'm at 1-5% right now. The pistols on this pheno are also a lot more of an orange color.

This is my first real SCROG. I dabbled in it last grow, but it was not proper. The results are proving to be awesome. My last grow netted me 89.8 grams from 4 plants. We shall see what these 3 ladies give me. I expect at least 100 grams from my big girl and at least an ounce from my 2 clones in the same pot. I think CFL's and SCROG go well together. You can keep the lights close to the plants. I know I could get even more with a HID, but my tiny cab can not take the heat.

Day 183 Day 56 of Flowering Week 8 complete
Ok for sure I will flush tomorrow. I will then chop 4-7 days later. I'm at about 10-15% amber trichs. I threw in some pics with the ruler to give some perspective. I just need the pistols on the tops of the buds to turn...
My large Lady has about 75 2-3 inch buds on her. My 2 clones have about 21 2.5-3.5 inch buds. all popcorn will be thrown in with the trim for making hash.
Anyone venture a guess at final weight?

If I am correct, when using soil you might want to flush 2 or 3 times during the final week. I would venture to guess you yield about 8 Oz.

I like your guess! I'm going to guess 5-6 but closer to 5. I have kind of been slow flushing them. The last water I gave them a few days ago was a heavy watering, got about 50% runoff. I will flush for about 4-5 hours tonight with 15 gallons of RO water.

Day 185 Flower day 58
So the last pic is an image I cropped out of one of the many photos I took this evening... It looks like a demon larva spawn.
It's not though... or is it?

@_@ that looks amaizing. One thing I dont get though, in the pics the lights are not visible. do you keep them more then 3 in. away or did you pick them up for a better picture? I keep mine 1-2in. Away (also around 400 watts, but in 8sq. ft.), is that too close?
Not the clearest pic., I use Y sockets, but its 1-2in. On all sides.
