Noob question - best months to grow?

If I have some seeds and I just want to plant them outdoors and let them grow on their own, then what time in the year would be the best to do this?

Would it not depend on the climate? is it also possible to have two growth seasons one in march and one in july(by the time it matters i hope its cold enough). Here the temp is incredibly high like 107 for a month straight in june and july.

Yeah, it's way too late to be starting stuff for this year unless you're far enough south that you don't get any winter at all. And you still wouldn't get very much out of it.
