Some of my random favorites: Cowboy Bebop, Samurai Champloo, Kino's Journey, 100 Stories (weird as shit but they do some cool mixed anime/CGI stuff)

I only ever bothered with Cowboy Bebop but loved it 
Unless you count the Studio Ghibli movies. Then, I've seen most of those.

Fullmetal Alchemist and Fullmetal Alchemist: Brotherhood. I thought both were amazing but Brotherhood is by far better, they stuck to the manga instead of rewriting it. Still waiting on the last of the dubbed episodes to come out, sucks to know it's going to end.

I've been watching Anime since about 1993. I won't even try to name it all. I just watched Elfen Lied for the first time last week and I was extremely impressed. I would like to see it all ran together as one complete film, without credit breaks.
About the only thing I won't watch is Dragonball and the childish stuff where characters are drawn with huge weird faces every time they have a quick change of emotion. I hate it when anime does that.
I'm in to the hardcore stuff too, like the LaBlue Girl series.

Yeah, Dead Leaves is a pretty cool animated short movie. I liked how they just fucked everything and everyone up.

I used to watch a lot, and i always love them. But i can't say off the top of my head.
Used to read the mangas also.
The movie's that stick off the top of my head are Howls moving castle, and spirited away.
