White Widow in bloom room developing hard buds and curling leaves. Temp got too high but also have been treating with neem for spicer mites. I've looked at this site for the hard bud situation but have not seen anything...can someone give me a clue as to what I'm doing wrong?

They can be too dense, which can promote bud rot if you aren't careful that's about it though, its pretty hard to get them too dense unless you are using some of the bud denser supplements, I just don't know the names off hand...But you should know if you are using them or not.

Yea you are right, its more of a growing environment than anything, just pointing that out to him in case he was using one of those products.
It just sounds like the end of flowering to me...A picture would do wonders, or a better description at least.

I think the original poster is trying to describe "crispy" buds rather then "dense" buds.
It's probably heat damage and too low an rh.

The heat in my bloom room got above 95 off and on for 2-3 days. Put in an air conditioner but then had sprayed Neem after that and lost 3 White Widows that were almost 10 weeks in. I have 2 400w bulbs in my bloom. It's really hard to describe what the buds looked like but the leaves under the bud turned under and the bud looked like they just shrunk. Now I'm seeing the new growth in the bloom room exhibiting shriveled growth but I am keeping it cooler and have not neemed for almost two weeks. Michigan has passed a Medical Marijuana law and I am a caregiver for several patients and have lost 3 White Widows to whatever this is and am scared I will lose more. I have had WW come to fruition and this is not what's happening here. I have several clones of WW in different stages and if this is something adherant to the strain, I don't want to continue...also takes 2 weeks longer than some other strains I have going. El Nino is another strain I have that I'm afraid the top cola is doing the same thing but the undersides have normal bud growth. That's making me think it'seither the spray or the heat. But the heat underneath the lamps is not hot. Other strains do not exhibit any of this. They are adjacent to each other so I'm thinking it's got to be the strain...not the conditions. Is one strain more succeptible to spider mites than another? Is one strain more succeptible to heat than another? I've tested my ph in the soil and my water ph is tested yearly by my ag dept. But I'm seriously concerned and I'm spending so much money I can't afford to be wrong for much longer.
This is the first time trying to do this on-line and is it acceptable to ask for your direct email or phone number so I could talk to someone? If not, please reply. I know I haven't given you too much info but I do much better in person...
Thank you for any info or guidance...I certainly need some!

Also, post pictures of the problem plants so that we can see what you're talking about.
