I only take the occasional ibuprofen/aspirin for pain. I don't get sick much so I rarely take a cold medicine. I can't drink alcohol anymore due to pancreas issues from taking prescription drugs (Depakote). I will take some Valeran Root or Melatonin if Im having trouble sleeping. I may take a Tylenol PM or a Benadryl if Im outta weed to help with sleep.
I simply do not trust the drug companies any more. I try to smoke weed daily (but can't due to cost) for my bi-polar disorder. It is the ONLY drug that helps control my mood swings. I never really got any relief from the RX's the Dr's gave me, just nasty side effects and pancreatitis for many years.
