Hands down the best thing about California........ besides pot.
Just had the kind of lunch that would wreck a lesser man, 2 carnitas the size of your whole hand, pork green chili fries and a big horchata.

I like the beef tongue tacos at teh truck down the street run by some columbian women whilst her man just chills and drinks coca cola.

Carne asada burritos.
The best one i've had was in Venice Beach, with beans and rice also inside.
Tortas ahogadas are bomb too.

I still haven't tried the tongue yet, I know it's going to be good too .......I just keep putting it off like the goat they have at most places.

I heard that the mexican food in cali isn't anywhere near as good as it is here in texas!

California knows whats up with those trucks. Including the bacon wrapped hot dog trollies.

I dont know I've had mexican food in Texas and it was about the same to be honest........ I do remember my carnitas being really dry in Texas at the restaurant's we stopped at. Plus I notice there are a lot more taquerias per city here.
