I had been wanting an authentic, cheaply made East Indian clay chillum for awhile.
I need to come up with some kind of "chillum stone" which is usually a small clay ball that sits inside the chillum below your herb or charas.
You hold it between two fingers inside of a fisted hand and suck through your hand without touching the chillum to your lips.
One option is to hold a small piece of wet cotton inside of your fist while smoking if the smoke is to hot.
Found this inside a little smoke shop for only $2.99 and bought it from the unfriendly shop-owner just this week.

Kinda cool as a novelty, but a pain in the ass to learn the technique. I'll stick with the glass..

Hey, no one loves the brown lighter....but since Iam the only person in the city who buys them you can't steal it from me without me knowing. Actually I only smoke with beeswax coated hemp that I make myself instead of using a lighter.

Do people really care what color a lighter is? I usually just pick one up without thought..
But I like the chillum. Looks like something to keep for a lifetime.

Dude, that's awesome ....
I've always like chillums for some reason, and I've been wanting to find a more "authentic" chillum along the lines of that....Using them in the proper manner can be tricky at first, but it's awesome making a chamber with your hands.
This is the one I have, it's glass and admittedly I use it by putting it up to my lips more often than making a chamber with my hands...Love this thing
