Indoor Serrano Pepper help

Hey all, growing some serrano peppers in my old grow closet so they get a nice jump start this spring. They're all super healthy and about 1.5feet tall already but I just noticed some of the lower leaves have some weird white spots on them. At first I was thinking mites, but then I realized the dots aren't holes in the actual leaves like mites would make, they're sorta raised dots. You'll notice (and this is the weirdest part to me) that on the underside of the leaf the dots are ONLY adjacent to the vascular lines. Maybe PM? I've been doing a touch of cloning in the same room so the humidity is maybe a bit higher, but still only around 30%-40%. Any ideas?

I have never seen anything like that. Almost looks like the fert salts that collect in the soil sometimes. That's just weird. When I read it, sounded like the bug problem I have had off and on. But after looking at the pictures, I have no clue!
That's interesting you say that because that's sort of what I was thinking. A lot of plants will secrete excess salts through their undersides, but I'm growing them in Fox Farm so I really wasn't expecting that sort of nutrient surplus.

but wouldn't you think 40% humidity wouldn't be that high for a pepper?

Sorry Monkey-Man, had two shows to play this weekend so I've been rehearsing nonstop so haven't had a chance to check. I'll let you know in the morning what I find.
