So, I know how to do the BHO part, but I'd really like to whip it up to "budder" (I now know thats not the right term, I guess the right term is wax, but whatever...)
So, to people who have done it...I run the butane through my bud into a dish, let it evaporate, give it a hot water bath, wait for it to evaporate, then...heat it from below, and whip it up with a screw driver or some similar metal whipping device.
Now, how would YOU suggest heating it from below? I don't really have a coffee machine or a hot plate. My stovetop is one of those glass top stoves, but I'm worried about it cracking from the direct heat of stove + glass. Would setting it on top of a boiling pot of water provide sufficient heat to whip it?

Those are some pretty decent vids on how to do it. I've tried a few times but my problem is I pull such small amounts that I never really get it to turn.
And they have the Slackers playing in the background. Hugeeeeeee bonus! Haha.
I see they used a boiling pot under it. That makes me feel more comfortable. If I have a buddy come over when I make my oil, maybe I'll do a video like that up.
