Here in Mendocino and in Humboldt it happens all the time. Maybe in places in the Southern part of the state where the grow scene is pretty much a joke it doesn't happen much. That's why 5 of my 8 gardens are in the Southern part of the state.
(that and you get way way way more money for buds down there then up North)

Yeah I'm in the San Gaberial Valley, so I'm only around the small amateur grows. Damn, I didn't know that that shit was still happening up north.
Not nearly as often as it use to. Been a while in fact. Republicans win the next election then it will become common again Democrats win and things will stay like they are now. Supposedly there gonna try and put it up for a vote to be legal again in 2012.
