i might be getting a house soon and wanted to know how u guys feel about growing at a house your going to throw parties at ( beer parties ). im not gonna tell a soul about my 2 plant grow and it will be hidden and filtered. im just worried about cops showing up at a party and then going thru the whole damn house. so what im asking is
1. do you have parties and grow at the same house ?
2. if so what xtra precaution do you take ?

I wouldn't do it especially if your planning to have roommates. Whats your definetion of a party? A bunch of wasted college kids? A bunch of close friends that just come by to drink and chill? These days a party for me is having 5-6 friends over to drink watch tv, listen to tunes and just bullshit. When I was young I used to throw some crazy parties and no I wouldn't grow with those kind of parties even though we would have probably got in more trouble for the coke and nitrous there.

probably would have got in way more trouble for growing than a little bit of coke and nitrous (which isnt illegal anyway)
but yeah horrible idea, your whole place can be torn to shreds by the piggies just cause they said it smelled like weed
and if your the type to be growing im sure you and your friends are going to burn at these parties you speak of

If you do go through with it; be sure to completely close off the room they are in. Buy a special key lock; like the ones on the front door of a house (not a deadbolt) or an electric keypad lock. As long as you keep it completely safe, it should be fine. But I know you will sweat buckets if cops show up at your house. They'll probably bring dogs in if need be and turn your grow room into a kennel.

well thanks for the input everyone. i guess there are different definitions of party. but i will have to find a happy medium between growing and having freinds over.

Well, what if you grow on a completely separate floor of your house, or, in a super hidden closet in a bedroom that nobody should be going anyway?
If it smells real bad, just fire up before people get there. They'll see the bong and think its just weed smoke 
I mean, no, I don't suggest it, but, at the same time I think it can be pulled off.

If you had a totally secret room like the old russian spy houses then sure. But even you said it ras, the key words were ,"Nobody SHOULD be going anyways." Well I can honestly say there are alot of nosey people in the world. Hosting a party, you are not going to be able to follow these people around to make sure they stay where they are supposed to? Parties always have wanders or horney people looking for a quiet area, ya know?

Yeah. I only invite close friends over to my house to chill. Something always gets stolen when you got acquaintances bringing their friends over to your place.

Ya, I really consider "parties" just homies I trust. I never have huge parties.
People I wouldn't TELL I was growing, but people I trust enough not to go through my shit. I'm real selective with friends...most of 'em I've known my whole entire life.
