Make sure the water from your sprayers are making it to the stems of your plant. Wilting clones means they're not getting enough water. Same thing happens if you clone using a dome, if there's not enough humidity the cuttings will wilt from lack of water.

Here I do this when I have more clones than room. Put the cutting in a ziplock bag with a mist or two of water from a spray bottle. Put that into a lunch cooler with enough ice to keep them cool and go for it.
I've kept cutting like this for over a month in the refrigerator with out issues, so I'd think it'd work for you as well.
