Awesome Hydro system! but will it work?

PICTURES ON PAGE 3!!!
I am making an awesome hydroponic set up. Do you think this will work? this is my first time.
I have two bins. the bottom one is for water/nutrient mixing. the top one has 6 buckets for plants. I Have a drip system to top feed the plants. I have adujustable drippers. I can adjust the height of the water in the top reovior with a valve I am putting in. And the water will be continuously circulating between the two resoviors. a constant flow. I'll have and air hose with two air stones in the bottom resovior. along with the water pump.

It is pretty much, from what i understand, A mix of several systems. Deep water culture, Ebb and flow, and top feed. So i can do a lot with this. What would anyone recomend with this?

Won't your plants dry out when you have to lower your tides on the top table, or is it on drain that you top drip? Is there water sitting constantly in the top (DWC)? I'm having a hard time visualising this. More details or can you draw the design up?

Its two identical tubs. one on top of the other. the bottom one has the water pump. yes, the top resovior will have about 4 inches of constantly(slowly) circulating water. But i can adjust the water level in the top one. so it is kind of like Dwc, but i also have a drip system. I have 6 1.75L. buckets right now. I am using grodan and hydroton. I am highly considering getting a bigger water pump and putting two tubs on top of the one, making the bottom tub the resovior for both. Since i plan on doing Screan of green, 12 is better than 6, especially since i ordered a 1K light for that system alone. I am also building two others.

So, there it is, the final design, well most of it. The tent that you cant fully see and the middle one are both 4x4x8, the tent that you cant fully see has the same system as the big tent(4x8x8), just 5 buckets instead of 12. what do u all think? pretty good for a first time?

Honestly, I would think that you don't need the airstones in each individual pot, would you? You should be fine with just one (maybe two?) in each rez, according to what I understand...
Other than that, it looks great! Can't wait till you've got everything together for it!

I have seen diagrams with and without them. I think hydro farms have one in each? would it hurt them at all?

I don't think it would hurt anything, but extra tubes & stones= more $$/work...
I think simplicity would be something to strive for.

Ill think about it. I do know that the water splashing the roots is very good. i actually think thats why i decided to do 12 airstones

should i drip feed em 24/7 or every 15 minutes. or 24/7 on full drip till the roots hit the water, then every 15 on a slower setting?

Seems like there are lots of things that could go wrong having all those pumps. I like to keep it simple. If your into that kind of thing go for it but I really don't think it will make too much of a difference in your yeild.

One air pump and one water pump per system is too many pumps? I dont see any other way to do it

When you say "per system" do you mean in each of the buckets, or in the main rez for each room? Looks to me that you'd be fine with two airstones. One in each of the rooms.
I'll bring our camera tomorrow and take some pictures so we can actually see what you're talking about.

one pump per system. The first system has an air pump with 2 outlest. that will be for the 12 SoG plants. the second one will have 4 hose outlets going to the four main bucket. The third system will have 8 outlets to go to the buckets. unless i can find one with 12, ill be limited to 8 on that one if i do it the way im thinking. and that will be fine. just added growth room

It sounded like you wanted one per bucket. Go for it, I just recomend simplicity.

Tank, Its quite a mess in the garage right now. lol. when u come over its gonna look like a disaster zone. but really its about a grand worth of materials slowly become the greatest dream come true ever! you will see tomorrow!
and flyin dog, no not one pump per bucket. just an airstone with a hose to the pump. each pump has multiple outlets. so its not much harder. i just really like the idea of a slight mist on the roots at all times. I read about it in some book or another

Yeah they really love the mist. I grew aeroponicly for about 6years, really loved the system. Only problem wit mine was the numbers. Didn't bother me back then but I was in a different state, here I like to keep numbers low.

This setup sounds awesome and crazy... I really would love to see some pics of it. The engineering is truly the battle. Kinda like you were saying putting it together is the exciting part like building a thousand dollar lego/model grow room ftw
