I have been reading alot of articles talking about HAARP and that this was a reason for this earthquake and tsunami. I have been researching a bit about HAARP but am still confused on its purpose and how his would fit into this whole thing.
Anyone care to elaborate on this subject?

I read that it charges the ionasphere, making a hot spot. Presumably to raise the ionisphere to higher elevation to create unnatureal drag in case of ballistic missile attack? But still not making sense to me!

Among other researchers quoted is Paul Schaefer of Kansas City. His degree is in electrical engineering and he spent four years building nuclear weapons. I enjoy reading his work and considering his ideas. In my many years of "quest for truth" I have found and forgotten many people who speak on these subjects and he is one of those who has remained, and gained strength on my radar. I do not really go about things thinking it is a good thing to attach myself to one particular perspective, this is always doomed to fail from my experience, so I take in as many perspective as I can (that I believe are above a certain level of quality) and from that try to piece together some semblance of the big picture.
