 JWH seizure

So my friend is on probation and can't smoke marijuana, so we were chilling and he pulls out some "kush" brand JWH and smokes 2 bowls out of his glass steamroller. He was high and all fine until about 30 minutes in he starts to switch, and grab at his face, then fell onto the floor and had a full on seizure. Good thing another guy there was a paramedic or i don't know what would have happened.
I think he might have had too much or something. He's fine now, but that was some scary fucking shit.

These stories are why I don't smoke it! 
But if I did I would buy those good deals online, it's tempting, you can get so stoned for so little money with the powder.
I'll stick with  , it's better and natural and safe but more expensive so I don't get to smoke as much as I'd like to.

I had like 50mg of it orally and didn't have a seizure. Horrible hallucinations and extreme paranoia, no seizures though.

Who would even consider smoking this shit when there is weed with a clean thousand plus year record? Especially when it sounds like a lot shittier of an experience.

Yeah.
JWH gave me my first panic attack I ever have had in my life. It was the first substance I got throughly stoned off of. (The first substance I ever smoked was Marijuana, but I didn't get too high the first few times I smoked because I wasn't inhaling correctly) After that first panic attack happened, my anxiety problem went way down hill til it hit rock bottom after I tried LSD for the first time.
Not that im blaming the drug entirely for my anxiety issues... because more then likely it was bound to eventually happen on cannabis eventually (or even possibly without the drugs, because I was always an anxious person in the first place). I will never know though because what is done is done.
After being on anti-depressants for almost 3 months now and some clonezapam for emergencies, I'm pretty much panic free now, except on occasion.

It was creepy as hell, his body (abdomen) started to twitch, then he started grabbing at his face and looking terrified, but then he just kind of collapsed on the floor and went crazy. 
I've only seen a seizure happen once before in the mall, this kid was walking and fell to the ground and seized up like a motherfucker.

Explain about the LSD thing. From that sentence it sounds like you could be talking about heroin.
