Well, it depends. Are the current plants in veg a size you would want to flower? Also, i dont know if you going to be doing any seeding, but its not always a bad idea to keep a male around for seeds. Me personally, I would take clones, then put those clones into flower and then check for males. That way if you have female clones you can leave them in flower and harvest a crop of bud, while your mothers are veg'n. Just the way I would do it.

Well, you'd want to make sure that the clones are rooted first. Once your clones have roots you can put them in a red party cup and then flower em, I believe thats what Magash has done before.
