Wow good to know. I also am passionate about nothing else other than growing. I say with all the dispensaries out there and if you're making some med grade weed you're bound to get one to pay you.

How likely is it to grow for the Federal govt? The only legal Federal research for mj is at University of Mississippi I think and it's where all the biased harmful propaganda originates. I would love to give the Fed some dank buds if it helps the cause.
Is this possible, would it do any good, or would it just be playing with fire?

Thanks for posting,
Is it realistic to just grow for a living? I'm stuck in a non-medical state, so I'd need to move to a medical state. Would you suggest maybe moving into a medical state thats not Cali, Michigan or Colorado? Just to maybe have a better shot?

No it's not possible. The government won't even fund research that has anything to do with marijuana unless it's to show how it's bad. There is no research that shows any benefits coming from marijuana being done in the United States .

Don't do it. I live in CA and police are cracking down, big grows are being shut down. Only experts can actually grow and sell the best weed. Competition is FIERCE.

Im not lookin to do a huge grow, but to do the legal limit for the state. I just want to make enough so I can pay for schooling and my bills, while working part-time on the side.
That seem like a plausible idea?
