it's apples and oranges to me. I don't try to emulate their way of cooking it or anything. I use my mom's recipe which i've been eating since i was a little tyke. it was all home made. taters and gravy too. goooood shit!

I have Texas Roadhouses in my state, but i've never been.
I've heard it's bomb though.
Oh btw, extra sharp cheddar on TOAST beats any cracker.
Put the cheese on after you toast it so it's partly melted, partly solid.
