You should be fine, just don't leave any large droplets on the leaves and if you're truly concerned, raise the lights some for a bit. Dealing with a PM problem I'd actually hit my plants up right as the lights came on. Never saw them burn and they were under a 600 watt light 12-14 inches from the canopy.
Also, you may want to look into using Neem as a systemic treatment if these are plants in veg/moms. That way you cut out any possibility of the foliar feed burning your leaves.
