I just parachuted a few hydroco apap 7.5s. Feelin great, curious what I can do to up this feeling.

Lucy is my fav mix with opiates. 
Aside from that I'd rather just have more opiates though I usually mix weed, alcohol and a couple of benzos with them if that's the case.
I'm not recommending that of course since it can kill you but, YMMV.

i think grapefruit juice and antihistamines do it. i took a 24 hour allergy pill and 1/2 my normal dose of opiates a few days ago and it was almost overwhelming.
look into it.

Ive found over the years that smoking cigarettes tend to potentate opiates

I rather like grapefruit, so I eat them all the time. I'm not sure if it ever did anything for me, but its not like I had to choke down something I disliked
