I've got a pic on my computer I want to make bigger, but whenever I edit it, it gets all fucked up and pixelated. The only think I can edit it with is paint, I think  Can anyone help me?

can any one give me info on nevellie,s haze and dr. gronspoon I know it is hard to grow: long growth period and small return but potient.

No, IDK...I have this problem a lot too. Theres probably filters in photoshop you can use to make it look a little better, but I doubt it can be made perfect.

Photoshop itself should make it look at least 10 clearer just because of its algorithms and what-nots.
