My friend insists it isn't real, but I'm pretty positive it is, I saw it on the menu in a medical dispensary on some video.
My question is what is what are the two strains that cross to make it?

iirc there *is* a pineapple express strain, and a few other bullshit ones that they just made because of the movie. i know one seedbank has it and under genetics it says something like "nobody knows the origins of this strain"...so, ya know, bullshit.

I tried some weed named Pineapple Express, it had a pineapple flavor/smell, and had a very slight menthol-ish after taste to it. It was quite distinct from other weed I've smoked. It was great shit..

Yeah people are slapping the name pineapple express on different strains but put it this way if there was a breeder that was doing his job the right way he or she would just be finishing up getting all the traits of the strain pinned down.

I've heard of many pineapple strains before the movie came out, so i'm thinking they just change the name to pineapple express on some of those strains.
