Collodial silver: do away with males?

Well, I've been reading quite a bit lately and I was particularly interested by the use of collodial silver. My question is would it be feasible to breed plants using "female pollen" or pollen collected from female plants treated with collodial silver thus removing males from the equation and only growing feminized seeds?

Yeah, thats the reason to use it...

Why should that mean it isn't real?

I meant for creating entire new strains through cross breeding not just creating feminized seeds. Would repeatedly breeding female plants with pollen from female plants treated with collodial silver lead to any problems such as hermaphroditic tendencies or less vigorous plants?

No, as long as your good at picking the parent plants you can use female pollen with no bad effects.

does it quicken the process to make uniform plants ie less pheno? aswell as i imagine it quickens getting the traits out you want of the strains.

When selfing a strain there is less phenos but when crossing different strains it's pretty much normal other then the seeds are all female.

Well, since he said when selfing there are less phenos, you could make a cross, and self pollinate that a bunch of times, selectively breeding each time to get it to the point you like, right?
I know theres no solid answer, but, about how many generations until a plant is relatively stable?

That will work. Pretty much how you make a IBL.
