 Blacking out after taking hits

My brother blacks out probably every other time he hits the pipe, at first I thought he was just being a dumbass but it happens every time we smoke for the past year now, and I am officially convinced cause it continues. Not every hit but every couple hits, he blacks out and his body trembles and his head slowy jerks for about 15-30 seconds. Maybe its cause he holds the hit in too long and the air flow to his brain stalls or something IDK.

Doesn't sound normal to me. I black out from weed if I'm already very drunk, otherwise everythings usually pretty clear and definitely no seizures.

It's different for everyone pretty much. There are some causes that go across the board pretty much, but everyone can have different triggers for things like that. Could very well be that smoking kicks it off. It might not necessarily be epilepsy either. Has he had any problems previously? As a child or anything? I have 2 brain tumors so my neurologist has told me a lot about this kind of stuff.

It could be anyone of a number of things. The trembling would lead me to believe a seizure. Has this ever happened while doing anything else Does he have any recolection of what has happened?
When he is out does he make any noises? Similar to snoring? Does he shake alot or just kinda vibrates?
I am no doctor and by no means and at all able to diagnose any thing. This could be dangerous though and I would recomend Seeing a professional.

Your boy is probably just not getting enough O2. Tell him to not hold it in for as long and if that does not work tell him to try not smoking. Fuck smoking if you get seizures that is some self-destruction loving shit right there.

He'd see a doctor but no health insurance. And ER bills are outrageous. I read somewhere that thc rapidly goes to your brain without having to hold it in long at all. I think its just oxygen cut off. Thanks for the replies and concern. Peace

I think you and your brother should stay away from drugs until you're of age. But thats just my opinion.

You know when you get up really fast after laying down for awhile and you get a head rush, and everything is black and you kind of see sparkly colors, that is how he describes it but it last for about 20 seconds. During that time he can't even hear me talking to him. he can recall blacking out though.
