Losing my sanity to my anxiety.. 1

I can't fucking relax... I question, overanalyze, and obsess over every single fucking little detail of my existence.. I'm in a negative mindfuck for the most of every single day, I can't sleep at night and end up laying awake for at least an hour or two every night, even if I take sleeping pills, sometimes I can't even sleep and end up in a thing similar to sleep paralysis for what seems like the entire night..
I can't let go of ANYthing.. I stress about things that happened YEARS ago, everything that's going on in the moment, and even things I'm just barely thinking about doing.. I can hardly really enjoy anything because it ends up being way more stress, worry, and anxiety then actual enjoyment.. I'm pretty much the most neurotic fucking person ever, even though I keep it hidden for the most part. I'm probably gonna try and see a doctor in the next few days, I don't know how the hell I'm supposed to live like this....
Just venting, maybe I'll get some useful advice while I'm at it..

Is a 16 year old guy having sex w/a 16 year old girl a pedophile?
If not, then how is a 30 year old considered a pedophile for doing the same thing?
I think y'all need to look up the definition for pedophile.

I have hardcore anxiety sometimes. I smoke hardcore indica. I've tried heavy doses of benzo's, but you can't drive with that shit. Dangerous.

You are most likely being mind controlled if you live in the USA. The technology was discovered back in the late 1980's. You can easily see weird towers on government buildings...

IMO Xanax covers up a root problem and until that problem is dealt with you will always have problems. That and prescribed Xanax is a long slippery road.

I have had the same problems. It's hard to get over this. But believe me, you can.

meditation helps you focus on the moment which in turn helps you sleep, helps you let go of the past, helps you deprogram the mind so you can let your thoughts flow naturally, a pill will never get you that far

Been there. Would still be there but I finally found something called citalopram that works for me. It is normally for depression, but the doc wanted me to try it. I take it once daily and it works wonders. Meditation and exercise helped me temporarily, but the citalopram helps me get to a healthier place 24/7.
I tried some stronger stuff too, but I don't like being constantly buzzed or feeling unable to react quickly.
Good luck. The doc should be able to give you something that will start helping fast.

I've tried meditation I've been trying it on and off for 2 or 3 weeks now and it just seems like I'm missing something, I can relax physically, sure, I try to dismiss the thoughts that come up but it just loops or something new comes up. I can't seem to let go of ANYTHING

I know I used to have big problems with anxiety, and still do occasionally, I know it sounds silly, but don't smoke for a couple weeks, exercise, put yourself in those situations that cause anxiety and work on overcoming the fear

don't try to dismiss the thoughts, the point of meditation is not trying to do anything at all for a while, if thoughts come up just let them sit there, it takes practice and all but eventually you'll be able to let your thoughts free flow and dissappear in the endless sea of other thoughts

I know what my root problems are and there's no solution, there's no dealing with it. Psychology just points out what I already know. Drugs on the other successfully mask the problem temporally. I can either feel shitty all the time or use drugs and feel ok (even great) some of the time, at least. The answer is obvious as shit to me. Without any reprieve from my misery life wouldn't be worth living. I also find a healthy diet and exercise helpful. So there you have it, eat good food, work out, alcohol, Xanax, weed, and whatever kind of opiates short of heroin. FTW, fuck later, fuck the price, it's time for my morning drinks, bye bye

Seriously man, there's pills that can help you. Just tell your doctor the truth.

I guess that's what it's coming down to, the diet and exercise isn't always enough, I'm in the same boat as you, there's really nothing that can be done about the root of the problem.
Thanks for all the suggestions/input guys.
