i would forget both, and go scrog, with large pots for large root system,....
still grow little plant, but in larger pot if space isnt an issue.
why waste time on 1perfect plant, when u can have 15 perfect plants...shure buds wont be as big or dense as 1, but they wont be that much smaller either, just make bigger planter pots..and your yield with scrog or sog will be higher reguardless...just gonna take more time on your behalf, im shure you will think its worth it, my 2cents
