I'm close to losing my mind because of my anxiety.. I obsess, question, and overanalyze every single little fucking detail of my life.. I'm stressed and anxious about every little thing, worrying about every single fucking detail of everything, things that are happening right then, things that happened years ago, or hypothetical shit that might not even happen at all.. I don't know what to do.. I'm just gonna go out and run laps until I can't run anymore, hopefully that'll help somehow..

I play. Not religiously. Maybe once or twice a month.
Our state park system just built a new course about 3 miles from my house. Three of the legs play right around the edge of a lake. I lost a disc in there my first visit, now I just skip all three baskets. Good thing is that it is really hilly. I like to play up and down hills.

I downloaded all the episodes of  . I've got horrible horrible allergies today, so I'm just gonna smoke a fat sack and watch me some Squidbillies all day. I've seen most of them, but I think I missed season 5.
